relative humidity at 81%. windses are pretty calm.ust enough humidity with the temperature at or above freezing with calm winds and you get frost. that's what you'll be dealing with as you move out around around today on your windshield. a lot of frost area wide. we're looking at 27 degrees in cumberland, 28 in oakland, 31 down in ocean city. the warm spot on the map at 39. the water temperature on the bay still around 50 degrees. so that's pretty much moderating the temperatures right along the water's edge there, but the calm readings as far as your winds are concerned around most of state, at least early on. we'll see a shift to the west and southwest as the front that's in place starts to move into our region and the high giving us all the nice beautiful blue skies starts to move off to the east. it will allow for milder air to move in from the southwest. this is the front we're watching. it will be here monday night into tuesday. that will stay with us for at least one day. in the meantime, we stay dry and the mild air means we g

yesterday's highs should duplicate today. 49 at the inner harbor. 86%, the humidity. not a terribly moist atmosphere. that's why the rain is so light out there. the winds are calm and will be from the west or maybe in the northwest during the day today. not much of a breeze at that. temperature history, one, here's today. here's where we've been temperaturewise. we've had ups and downs. the readings are up. we stay high. beginning next week, after tomorrow, boom, the temperatures will take a huge tumble and we'll readjust. we go below normal temperatures, below the normal high which is 41. take a look at the current readings right now. the green, the blue, the dividing line, right south of baltimore between baltimore and annapolis. the green bays are temperatures in the 50s. that's the lower eastern shore. and the southern maryland north of that point basically the temperatures are in the 40s. hagerstown and points west, readings are in the 30s. all of the readings are above average for the season. here's the radar satellite combination, the showers are moving in. clo
