thank you karen. >>> we begin with two developing stories. is dead this morning after being shot nearly a dozen times and a new business owner is fighting for his life after being gunned down in his barber shop. katherine scott is live at police headquarters with more on both of these stories. katherine reporter: matt, these shootings happened in a matter of hours, two separate incidents both under investigation. in each shooting police are looking for two men they say are involved. the second one happened around 11:30 last night and police were called out to north philadelphia on the 2100 block of uber street. at threeft 32 shots were fired from two separate weapons. shell casings were scattered across the street and sidewalk. a 24 year old man was hit multiple times, he was pronounced dead at 12:05 a.m. a46-year-old woman was shot in the leg once and is in stable condition. both live at that address in two separate apartments and had been sitting on the front steps and police believe he was the intended target given how many times he had be
