i'm matt o'donnell. wednesday i was august 26. let's take a look at mass transit with karen. >> able to clear the signals problems with the paoli-thorndale line. we're seeing 15 minute delays as you're heading inbound on the thorndale paoli line. in delaware county accident on concorde road. they've shut down concorde at mcdonald boulevard. stick to 452 as your alternate to avoid any problems there. here you can see i-95 moving nicely in delaware county. mostly in the 50's so no problems there. but on the big picture you can see i-95 elsewhere this area of red, it's a different story from about the betsy ross bridge to girard only about 20 miles an hour. we're down to the single digits once again on the schuylkill westbound. about 9 miles an hour. we can take a live look near belmont and you see that westbound traffic now at a 26 minute ride from the vine to the blue route matt. >> thank you karen. let's take a live look at center city philadelphia where we sea bright sunshine and a few clouds out there.
