meisha is off, as well this morning, so we will do the traffic ourselves here. there is an accident involving a tractor-trailer on a car in the northeast extension southbound past quakertown. there are no reported injuries or lane blockages at this time so if you're on the northeast extension, watch out there. there is also an accident with an overturned vehicle, on rose valley road. school lane in delaware county now the vote closed but you can use route 252 providence road as your alternate there. also the talcony palmyra bridge is up but should be back down shortly so burlington bristol bridge will be opening around 5:30. >> all right, jim, thank you. police are trying to figure out what led to deadly shoot ing in philadelphia's strawberry mansion section, officers returned to a home in the 6,000 block of west oxford street, just after 8:30 last night. that's where they found 27 year old man shot multiple times in the home's basement, which we're told was also the victim's bedroom. investigators tell us the vick tell's family made the grim discovery. >> famil
