(grant) tonight we have brand new video showing the damage done to homes...this one is a total loss...you can see right through it after fire tore through it. another home is severely damaged. and at least one firefighter injured his shoulder while working the fire. it stated just after 4:30 in the east san jose foothills not far from the alum rock neighborhood. wind and dry frass and brush helped the flames to spread fast...before you knew if more than 100 acres burned. as of the last update from crews on the cround, it was 40 percent contained. 11 homes were under mandatory evacuation orders. no one was hurt...and it's not clear how the fire started. the fire is near alum rock park.. in the area of lariat lane and claitor way. cal fire and san jose fire are handing it. firefighters will be there all night...until it's fully contained...and hot spots are no longer threats. there

(vicki) i'm vicki liviakis. the coach taught teenage tennis players in the north bay, east bay, and san francisco. kron 4's j.r. stone is following the story and joins us live from richmond. j.r. this is where police say norm burgos taught many of his students. a tennis court that was just walking distance from his home. normandie burgos is behind bars right now facing at least 20 sex crime charges and police say that number could increase. normandie also goes by norm and antonio. he heads the burgos tennis foundation based out of sausalito but with training in san francisco, richmond, and mill valley as well. one of the victims in this case is just 16 years old. police say he had been sexually assaulted by burgos since he was 14. a second 18 year old victim has come forward as well. additional charges in that cause could be forthcoming. burgos was arrested on these tennis courts near the plunge pool in richmond on monday morning. officers believe many of the sex crimes he's accused of happened at his richmond h

(steve) valero is suing p-g-and-e--- claiming an abrupt power outage caused 75- million dollars in damage to the benicia refinery. the lawsuit claims p-g-and -e shut off electricity without prior notice. valero says the sudden loss of power forced an emergency shutdown of the refinery. it also triggered extensive flaring that sent black smoke pouring into the sky. and resulted in valero being fined. in response to the lawsuit p-g-and-e says a third=party firm is reviewing the outage. vicki? happening now, repairs are finally starting on the massive sinkhole in moraga. this is video of the sinkhole when it opened in march of last year. crews are now working to fix the 96- inch sinkhole on rheem boulevard near center street. repairs are expected to last until october. during this time, the two-lane section of rheem boulevard near moraga road, will be closed to all traffic. a detour has been set up if you are trying to travel through that area. (grant) in san francisco the u-s coast guard is partnering with several agencies working to remove the sunken barge... south of the bay bridge. global diving and salvage has cut the barge into two pieces. tomorrow at noon crews are expected to use a crane two lift both pieces. about 27-hundred gallons of petroleum has been revomed from the barge...which went down in april. and this past weekend -- the coast guard was successful in turning it upright. ((vicki))and i'm vicki liviakis..in for pam moore.the popular coach was taken into custody this morning in richmond.((steve)) and as kron 4's jr stone explains...this is not the first time he has been in trouble with the law. normandie burgos is behind bars right now facing at least 20 sex crime charges and police say that number could increase. normandie also goes by norm and antonio. he heads the burgos tennis foundation based out of sausalito but with training in san francisco, richmond, and mill valley as well. one of the victims in this case is just 16 years old. police say he had been sexually assaulted by burgos since he was 14. a second 18 year old victim has come forward as well. additional charges in that cause could be forthcoming. burgos was arrested on these tennis courts near the plunge pool in richmond on monday morning. officers believe many of the sex crimes he's accused of happened at his richmond home. he lived at the marina lakes apartments which have their own tennis courts. in fact this is where police say burgos trained some of his students. a location with lights

(pam) it turns out police were not even at the right address to begin with. today, the family's attorneys explained their findings.... and disputed the police account. officers say, when they arrived at the home of ismael lopez-- he came to the door and pointed a gun at them. they say, they shot him after telling him to drop the gun. lopez's wife says.. that is not true. and that she never heard officers make that statement -- and adds.. ismael did not have a gun on him. this all happened after police responded to the wrong home.. they were trying to serve a warrant on a home across the street. the district attorney says, the mix- up may have happened because mailboxes in the area .....
