good afternoon i'm chris mckinnon. once they caught up with the man, they found something very troubling. and court just wrapped up. what happened inside? >> reporter: we just saw him. but he's being held on another case too. this is another case that brought us here today of a fake trouble. it is 20-year-old -- of charlestown that just appeared in court a couple moments ago. but it is what the police found on him that has in so much trouble. this is a fake gun that looked somerville. she stayed him and helped the police track him down after she said he waved this gun at her in a threatening manner. they did find the fake gun with the tip of it previously around painted black. and this comes after a press conference on monday in which the mayor walsh signed an ordinance saying it is illegal to have any fake gun in public in which the orange tip has been painted black. so i told you earlier, he has been housed. because of an earlier case. if it was just a fake gun case, they would have walked him out of here. but a case
