i'm patrice harris. you're waking up to a little bit of a humid and warm morning out there. meteorologist steve fer significanfertig witha look at . >>> a little bit of humid, we started to feel a little bit of humidity, but the thunderstorms held until tonight and in sports. the warm temperatures is allowing for the warm moist air mass that is conducive for showers and with thunderstorms. 77 degrees starting in the down town area in baltimore. 79 in d.c., and up in hagerstown 70 degrees. we do have the showers with thunderstorms especially to the west. you see the line of red through hagerstown. that is where we can have thunderstorms this morning but we do have the better chances' we see the frontal boundary push through for later activity with showers and thunderstorms. as far as the forecast, 82 degrees, showers definitely this morning, thunderstorm chances, west southwest wind at 10-20 miles per hour so we will be breezy, too. tonight we will start to see things dry out some. 60 degrees under partly

where is it going to go on top of that, i just don't know. >> reporter: exactly, patrice. i don't know where it's going to go. this is huge amounts of snow that we're seeing at the towson neighborhood area. i tell you what, a lot of it has iced over. that is really what we have seen over the last couple of days as the storm has progressed with the aftermath i guess, i should say. a lot of this you can hear the crunch underneath our feet. this is a side street that has been plowed. this is a good sign from what we have seen before. this looks as though some cars will get through, four-wheel drive probably still needed here. we are dealing with icy conditions here. if you notice how narrow these roads are. that's what a lot of people are saying about in their neighborhoods. they're getting by but we're dealing with narrow conditions. a lot of people have plowed their parking spots, but with if we have more know all of this hard work. i can feel how icy this was as we are skating out here. another major concern that residents have been talking about is their roads. you can lo

patrice, you told everybody what i was going to tell them. we have clear skies over our region. the story is the temperatures because we may be talking about black ice and you want to be careful if you're are heading this monday. 17 in wilmington, and 20 degrees in salisbury and delaware. these temperatures are definitely creating problems with regard to the slippery roads with the roads that not been treated other than the main roads. it was a record 28.8 inches is what we got. the previous total was on president's day in 2008 which had more snow but over a total of three day period, other than this storm that lasted two days. a winter storm watch for most of the counties especially to the north where we could see more snow. we give you snow totals concerning what we are expecting in a few minutes. we could see temperatures at 33 degrees that is not going to help a whole lot. then we are going to talk about more snow on the way and how much in just a little bit. right now here is candace with the traffic edge and what it looks like out on the roadways. >> reporter: there's defi

good morning, megan. >> reporter: good morning, patrice. we are talking about nearly 1,000 people caught by this camera ove over my how older. some of them have paid their fines they got from the camera. now the city has to refund that money, mistakes totaling in the thousands of dollars. this is a camera on the west cold spring lane that the city claims has made these mistakes. it's been operating since february. officials say the camera flapped 922 tickets in error since then. more than 200 people already paid that $40 fine. when you add it up, that is about $9,000 that the city will have to refund. the city has put up new photo enforce signs in this area, but one driver caught by the camera here says the school signs are still missing on one side of the road. >> the whole purpose is to put the speed camera up, is slow down you're in a school zone. if you don't do that, you put up a hidden camera and call it a school zone. it look like they're in it for the revenue, not necessarily the safety of the children. >> reporter: the spokesperson
