i'm patrice harris. we're gearing up for more snow. just how much snow? meteorologist steve fertig is here. we are keeping our fingers crossed for not much. >>> we have a chance of picking up a few itches of snow in the western -- itche inches of snowe western counties. let's call the northwestern half of the state from harford county through the northern part of baltimore county, howard county, and further points west. from pi 1:00 p.m. this afternoon through 3:00 a.m. we could see a few inches of snow there. but mixing for the eastern county. we will get to the numbers in a little bit. you see it coming from the tennessee valley area taking a more inland track moving out to the coast. it seems less likely this time around. as we check out the hd radar closer view out there, you see clouds, partly cloudy skies, you can call it with snow showers up to the north. that is not affecting us as the lake-effect snows but for us it's coming from the south and west. we continue to watch that as it moves in our direction. 25 degrees certainly cold enough for snow,
