ktvu brian flores is joining us live now.you have new police audio describing that attack. >> reporter: we do, dave. good morning. we know that fight happened about an hour or two after the giants-a's game here. we understand the fight started out of some type of argument against a group of people. as you mentioned one woman was knocked unconscious as a result of the melee. what we know the fight started at 5:50 p.m.. outside of at & t park. san francisco police say two men got into an argument with a man and woman. we don't know what they were arguing about but one of the men punched another man in the face. he ended up having chipped teeth. he was treated at the scene. but a woman that was believed to be a companion was punched in the face and knocked unconscious after she tried to break up the fight. she was taken to sf general for serious injuries. we don't have an update on her condition. but listen as police describe the scene. >> i have a female about 30 years old that is unconscious and hasn't regained consciousness.

brian flores was there as raymond "shrimp boy" chow faced his new charge of racketeering. brian joins us live. good afternoon, brian. >> reporter: tori, good afternoon to you. yeah, raymond "shrimp boy" chow along with five other defendants appeared in federal court this morning. they all pleaded not guilty to this racketeering charge the. the attorney for chow says the case is weak and he's looking forward to his day in court. five defendants all wearing yellow jump suits appeared in federal court. the new charges filed last week say that leland yee, raymond chow and raymond chow led the enterprise of racketeering. the indictment said the two would exchange in bribery in exchange for favoritism in certain illegal actions. chow's lead attorney says the charges are nothing really new. he said the indictment shows a weakness against their client and that chow is looking forward to seth the record straight when he plans to testify. >> we understand when he was arrested he had $400 to $700 to his name. he lived with his girlfriend. you truly took a vow, you know, in essence of

ktvu brian flores following the story in our newsroom. this has gained national attention. good morning, brian. >> reporter: good morning. it certainly has. in just a couple hours from now is when alex tickleman where will be in a santa cruz courtroom. she is expected to enter a plea to several drug, manslaughter charges. tickleman is suspected in the death of forest hayes as the two were aboard his yacht last november. prosecutors say she injected the married father of five with heroin and left him to die on the yacht. investigators say there is surveillance video of tickleman stepping over hayes' body. finishing a glass of wine, and closing the blinds and gathering her belongs before she left. prosecutors also say the two met on a dating website which caters to meeting quote sugar daddies. tickleman who admitted to being a high priced call girl was arrested on july 4th in folsom. now authorities in georgia have also reopened a case when tickleman's boyfriend also died from a heroin overdose two months before the death of haze. originally prosecutors did not charge saying

brian flores in our newsroom now.ve new information from inside that courtroom. >> good morning. 26-year-old alix tichleman was just in a santa cruz courtroom for a continuation on an arraignment hearing from last week. want to go to some live pictures from outside of the courthouse where tichleman just pleaded not guilty as expected to manslaughter, possession of heroin and prostitution charges. we also understand this morning that a judge has just denied a request to reduce her bail, meaning it will remain at $1.5 million. now, tichleman is suspected in the death of 51-year-old forest hayes as the two were aboard his yacht last november. prosecutors say she injected the man with heroin and left him to die on his yacht. investigators say there's surveillance camera of her stepping over his body several times, finishing a glass of wine, closing the blinds and gathering her belongings before she left. his body was discovered by the captain the next day. authorities in milton, georgia have reopened a case where a nightc

brian flores joining us live now. brian you are in alameda. tell us why the state is acting now.d morning. >> reporter: good morning to you dc. the state says that local water agencies and consumers are not doing enough to consive water. if you water your grass consistently, you might want to be ready because they could possibly face severe fines if the state regulation is passed. this is exactly what the state is hoping to stop. this was actually in front of a home here in alameda about half an hour ago where the sprinklerhead obviously missed the grass and hit the street. water wasting, in other words. next week the state water resources control board will consider issuing fines of get this up to $500 a day for outdoor water wasters. things like washing your car without a nozzle. overwatering your lawn, missing your lawn like we saw or hosing down your sidewalk. this does not include inner to water use. now, past the restrictions would be considered infractions and any law enforcement agency to write tickets. this all comes about because current water restrictions overall, it's

despite this news, ktvu channel 2 reporter brian flores joins us live to explain why this is not stoppinga san francisco woman from traveling to this region. good morning, brian. >> good morning. natalie of san francisco will fry fly out of -- will fly out of sfo to be reunited with her son she adopted a few months ago. she's also nervous because of the ebola virus that's killed hundreds and is spreading. the virus which has only been pinpointed mainly in western africa has infected more than 1200 people including three american aide workers there. it's killed more than 650 people in guinea, liberia. the virus is spread by direct contact with a sick person's blood or body fluids or contaminated on jebts. u.s. officials are keeping a close eye on the situation. the cdc has sent out how to pinpoint symptoms. they are checking international passengers for the virus and there are buckets of chlorine in freetown for disinfection at the airport. that's where natalie is traveling to. after she arrives in freetown, she will travel an hour south to be with her adopted son, 14- year-old kye smart.

brian flores is in san francisco now. you're at stockton and geary to tell us what happened. >> reporter: that remains a big question. you know there are pretty high end stores here. you have neiman marcus, jimmy chiu, the main question what will happened to that mer channel days? we don't know. i want to go to video of what it looked like on saturday. officials say it started when a crew working on the central subway tunnel punctured an eight inch water line and sent water spews all over the place. at one point according to fire officials there was two feet of water in the basement at some of the high end stores. fire officials also say there appears to if a lot of merchandise stored in the basement. it's unclear where that merchandise ended up. the leak lasted six hours before crews were able to cap the leak around lunchtime. it is unclear who will pay for the damage. we will keep you posted on which stores will open today and what will happen to the merchandise. brian flores ktvu channel 2 news. >>> muni workers due to

brian flores has the new information we just received. good afternoon, brian. >> reporter: tori, good afternoon to you. we are near the messenger grape vines nursery in vacaville where a crew is on scene. they will continue their investigation as well as putting out hot spots. there's a mystery who the body is that was recovered this morning. the fire was reported around 3:00 off the 6700 block of pleasant valley road. a manager who lives nearby was one of the first to call 911. officials said it didn't take long for crew from vaca i'llville, cal fire and other agents to have a handle on the fire, but hot spots remained throughout the morning. it's unclear on the age, gender, and identity of the person found, but i spokes to the production manager off- camera. he said they did a head count of 15 employees and all are account for. homicide and arson investigators continue to work the scene. >> they're preparing for a long day, as well as our investigators are. you have to understand, they're going to sift through this to determine the cause

dozens of pot clubs in san jose are facing strict new rules that would force them to close but as brian flores explains, joining us live, there is a last-ditch effort going on right now that could save some of those businesses. good afternoon, brian. >> reporter: good afternoon, tori. supporters of medical marijuana pot shops are sifting through and validating more than 60,000 plus signatures that have been gathered to make sure they are legit and ready to be turned into the city sometime later today. from what we understand, about 20 pot clubs in san jose have closed effective today because they did not meet the recently approved zoning regulations for pot clubs. about 50 more are waiting to hear if there's been enough signatures for a referendum. the city recently approved new zoning and regulations to mainly industrialized parts of the city and policy regulations including shops having to grow their own pot. >> restricting the building for patients to get the medicine they need, each club would have to grow their own medicine, manufacturer their own edibles. there's restrictions who can acc
