and i guess a lot of your clients at penn state were involved in just that kind of program. >program. but aren't they with companies where you are thinking of making a career, and a long-term commitment to that program? >> yes, that generally is the case. i would say most situations are students, looking further than themselves within the company, and that's probably more with the students exercising the tuition reimbursement at the company that they're working with, and there are generally caveats with it. the individuals have to stay for a person period of time so they might be liable to pay some of it back. >> when we talk about those kinds of programs, when you look at your own program that you run at penn state, are we talking about hundreds, thousands, tens of thousands? how many people across the country doing this learning like this are doing it with the assistance of their company? do we know? >> well, we have been working with corporations for some time. as rachel indicated, it's not necessarily a new model. in our case, we have been doing this for a number of diff

it was sitting in penn state police headquarters and investigators didn't find it for two years.investigation was about one victim and they were fruitlessly trying to find more and all the while here's a police report right under their noses at penn state that they could not find. >> so many people suffered through all of this. will any heads roll because of this report? >> well, interestingly enough, within pennsylvania politics there was always this talk, the attorney general at the time was running for governor and people wondered if he stalled this investigation because penn state is such a big deal, jerry sandusky was so loved. he was afraid. now this report finds none of that. there is no accusation that any of this stalling had anything to do with politics or anything malicious at all. all the accusations are missed opportunities. people who didn't do things that they should have done, but it was mostly miscommunication and missed opportunities. nothing malicious. now, this report does make recommendations on how to handle child sex abuse cases in the future, but does not

state case -- about the penn state case, i don't want to say much to do about nothing, because there was much to do about something. her position during the campaign was wrong headed. correspond bit did not -- corbett did not delay. >> maybe they took too long to go to jerry sandusky's home they found photos an identifiable photo of one of the victims and they went down the the basement where there was an assault. do you think this was political back and forth more than anything that she was trying to move she produced this -- trying to approve she used this as a platform point. >> nia came in waist goodwill good -- came in wait goodwill. goodwill for democrats not republicans. that's what she campaigned on and turned out to be false statements maybe not malicious, but inadvent inadvertent statements. she was a rising star, one because she was a woman when she came on the political scene. even though clinton could not readvise this candidacy -- >> i have to say this, for her to have insinuated and made this a particular point because of the so-called delays of corbett other children

one example, there was a 1998 police report that was at penn state police.t was in the police headquarters. and investigators, it took them two years to find it. this is an older report that would have, you know, showed prior victims and they took two years just to find that report. i want you to take a listen to what the current attorney general kathleen kane had to say this morning when she was talking about this. >> this report found no direct evidence, no e-mail, no confession, no statement from anybody indicating that they were told to slow this down because of politics. this report also shows long periods of inexcusable, by inexcusable, i mean even the parties involved couldn't offer an excuse for the delays, and delays that, quite honestly, are unfathomable to most of us. >> you talk about will heads roll, you know, the report makes recommendations on how to better handle cases of child sex abuse in the future. but, you know, everyone was given a chance to respond but they don't make any allegations that any of this was actually millicio malicious. >>
