reading, 48 in trenton, 50 on or about that anyway in philadelphia, wilmington, millville dover and looks like upper 40's in cape may and atlantic cityl rightly so, then we get to tomorrow and we've got this front coming from the west, a warm front off to the north. we'll be in the warm sector of this storm system so we'll get a high of 63 degrees which would set a record by 1 degree if we manage that 63 but the big story during the day especially the afternoon is how that front is going to trigger some heavy rain coming through and that combined with melting snow could lead to some flooding especially on poor drainage area streets, maybe some flashy creeks and streams and a chance of minor to moderate issues on the schuylkill river. in terms of the rain, by 7:00 in the morning looks like most it is probably off to the north and west. then getting a little steadier by lunchtime but probably still to the north and west closer to the face that of approaching front. during the afternoon and evening, though, we're going get pounded right through the middle of the region with some real heavy rain, maybe even some thunderstorms popping up.
