breaking news out of san jose, a memorial held this evening at san jose city hall to remember those killed in yesterday's mass shooting at the vta rail yard. >>> a sprawling investigation has begun with law enforcement agencies combing the gunman's home and scene of the shooting. late last night a 9th victim was named. fitch died after he was hospitalized in critical condition. the names the people are these singh, hernandez, adrienne balleza, 63-year-old lars lane. many victims were long time vta employees. one family held onto a sliver of hope but learned nearly 12 hours later their family member singh was among those killed. >> he was a train operating, father, and husband. they had heard from the co- workers. he had pushed one into a room to hide from the shooter and frantically called others to warn them about what was happening. >> after that he goes to the downstairs. he's a very good person in our family. >> his family had been waiting at the red cross after tracking his phone to a building at the rail yard but relas missemploye were forced to itter ho witho any answers. >> when th
