a concrete spill on i-95 northbound, sky eye chopper 13 is over the scene in south baltimore, we go live to captain mike for the latest. >> reporter: hello jessica, it happened after 10:00 this morning a concrete truck traveling northbound on i-95 between indicateon avenue and 295 apparently lost at least some of its load on to the highway and caused major traffic problems all morning long. for the past two hours 95 only had one lane northbound getting by. it was a parking lot back towards washington, d.c. now just a few moments ago we are going to show you what they were doing here. they had to call state highways crew in and clean up this concrete off the roadway which shut down 3 lanes. since then, in the past 15 minutes or so, three lanes have been re-opened along northbound i-95. they still have the right turn lane on to southbound 295 closed as well as one of the northbound lanes on the right shoulder, so you can still expect moderate delays coming from the beltway into downtown baltimore look i-95, 895 would be a good alternate but it is going to take some time for this traffic th
