all of that will stay south of baltimore. we will wind up with quiet weather into the weekend. the air is dry and the wind has subsided in little bit. so the temperatures are starting to fall off. in response to these falling temperatures, the weather center has released some freeze advisories pared by the time you wake up tomorrow morning, the temperatures will be at or below freezing. if you want to save the plants they put out too early, you want to cover them. we will see a temperature range between 20 degrees to 31 degrees in those suburbs and closer to 40 degrees in downtown baltimore. high pressure will dominate our weather here at home, moving in from the great lakes. that means we should stay dry for the most part for the next three days to four days. but the temperatures will be on the cool side. the forecast for tomorrow is a northwest wind up to 15 miles per hour if you're going to take the boat out on friday, it will be choppy. wave height is 2 feet to 3 feet. in the seven-day forecasts, going into the holiday weekend, it will be called for the next couple of morni

a concrete spill on i-95 northbound, sky eye chopper 13 is over the scene in south baltimore, we go live to captain mike for the latest. >> reporter: hello jessica, it happened after 10:00 this morning a concrete truck traveling northbound on i-95 between indicateon avenue and 295 apparently lost at least some of its load on to the highway and caused major traffic problems all morning long. for the past two hours 95 only had one lane northbound getting by. it was a parking lot back towards washington, d.c. now just a few moments ago we are going to show you what they were doing here. they had to call state highways crew in and clean up this concrete off the roadway which shut down 3 lanes. since then, in the past 15 minutes or so, three lanes have been re-opened along northbound i-95. they still have the right turn lane on to southbound 295 closed as well as one of the northbound lanes on the right shoulder, so you can still expect moderate delays coming from the beltway into downtown baltimore look i-95, 895 would be a good alternate but it is going to take some time for this traffic th
