tim johns has the story.orter: and outfits can only mean one thing. >> it is an amazing experience. being able to see the city and my friends from college. reporter: inear, outside lands is back at golden gate park. >> it is amazing. i have the best food ever. i am living my best life. reporter: the annual festival was expected to welcome around 225,000 people with half coming from outside the bay area. the atmosphere is powerful here but not everyone is happy with the festival and problem it brings. >> a lot cans and food on the ground. i have a dog so it is an issue. a lot of different things. tim: elizabeth lives around the park and says after the festival ends, people in the area have to deal with the trash left behind and noise. which is why they have concerns about proposals to ask and outside lands for another weekend, potentially adding three new concerts at the park polo field. >> it affects traffic in trying to get in and out, across the city. tim: others say the extra concerts would bring much need
