these are contractors guys who are filing out the dropping senter. you'll always know that you're reaching, these guys don't want to have to plow a parking twice -- parking lot twice. at this point roads right here, york road it actually looks passable, which is a very big day. this is a big job for you county crews to deal w. they've got to get all of these roads cleared and it takes time. i remember, it's hard to plow the roads when you have people parked on them and ditching your cars. that's exactly what we saw. we want to show you some of the video we saw because it was pretty amazing. we were out there earlier today. we took northern parkway over. ended up at colt springs. we saw some amazing stuff. we saw cars ditched on the side of the road. a lot of very frustrated drivers driving around baltimore city. the snow was thick. it was difficult to ride norm. it was a battle and unfortunately many people we saw lost that battle. they ditched their cars some of them right into the middle of the ocean, called it a night and said tomorrow morning i w
