well, the inland east bay in the south bay are dry today, the north bay will be seeing showers. my recommendation is you pack your go bag to get out of the house. just keep that rain jacket with you. you certainly won't regret it. those layers are going to come in handy on a day like today, tomorrow and saturday are coolest of the forecast evening showers overnight tonight for most of the bay area. although during the day today, we'll see showers closer to the coast and up in the north bay. chance of some sprinkles early saturday before drying conditions later in the day and then ample sunshine for the rest of the weekend. after that next week warms back up under the sunny and dry skies john, thank you for that. so we have a hot spot along the richmond. sandra fell bridge because of a stalled vehicle. >> west bound 5.80, just east of main street. there's that you can see the delays that were seen as you're traveling about. 37 minutes, nearly 40 tolls to one o one. the tow truck is trying to get that disabled vehicle off of the bridge, but it stuck in traffic. so could be pretty

parts of the east bay. we're seeing some of the heaviest rain around clear lake. we're looking at spotty showers toward solano county, as well as contra costa county. some of the spotty rain moving through. this is all part of a bigger weather system that's quickly moving through the bay area and that's going to bring in showers. the golden gate bridge, you can see the mist coming down. mike, you've been watching an alert early this morning. >> and it's going on still. here is the bay bridge toll plaza, sloppy conditions, and that may potentially have been one factor. this crash happened on the san francisco side of the bridge from treasure island. it's around the big tower there as you come into san francisco and it extends back with a backup to treasure island and it looks like folks are exiting and perhaps trying to go to the san mateo bridge. the wet weather is playing a factor on your traction and visibility. pictures on twitter, you see the rain on the lens, you see chp and fire crews as well blocking
