deanna durante has more. >> reporter: a woman says a man offered her skittles and starbursts.posing himself in the park and he's one of multiple witnesses who called the police. investigators discovered that man was an off-duty sheriff deputy. >> it was in this parking lot on october 3rd that park rangers say a man was spotted performing a lewd act in his red pickup truck. the man she didn't know offered her candy, first star bursts and then skittles and asked if she wanted any and asked her if she liked pornography. the man was viewing pornography on his phone. when the woman returned to the park the next day, she saw the same man in the same red pickup talking to a preteen boy. the woman told the boy to stay away from the guy and then saw the man again on october 6th. they took pictures of the red truck and plate number. the woman didn't know the man driving the truck was an off-duty sheriff deputy. we went to his bristol home and there was no answer but out front was the red pickup truck. deputy sheriff stephen springfield told police he was simply urinating in a bottle. bu
