"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo joins us at the scene in sicklerville with the latest informationood morning. >> reporter: erika, ukee, good morning. this just in. we just got up a date from the winslow police department, who tell us all three people, who were taken to the hospital, because of carbon monoxide poisoning, here in sicklerville, had to go to the hospital just for observation. they're now in stable condition. they also say the source of the fumes this morning came from a basement heater, a faulty heater, at that. now, if you take a look at the video, see what the scene look like early this morning, here in sicklerville. we're coming to you live from ten hidden hollow lane. now the initial call came in around 4:00 this morning. when police arrived, we're now told that the homeowner, answered the door, and immediately collapsed. his wife, and their seven year old daughter, were inside, and unconscious, on the downstairs living room floor, all three regained consciousness, after they received treatment, and again, they were taken to the hospital just for observation. now,

grand jury decision, "eyewitness news" report, jan carabeo joins us more with. that will good morning. >> erika, good morning. philadelphia police expect more protests, sim floor what happened overnight, here, in and around city hall, later on today. they say they're prepared for that. meanwhile, last night, overnight, they say, these protests were overall respectful. they say, yes there is group was loud, large, very intense, but overall it went smoothly, minus just couple of hiccups. take a look at this video. see some of the protest that is unfolded overnight. ly say out of about 300 protesters here, only two people had to be taken into custody. protesters, as you can see, spilled into center city street overnight after learning about that grand jury decision. wake several miles, many and down market street, broad street, south street, eventually making their way all the way down to columbus boulevard. now, somewhere along that route, police tell us, cup couple of people tried to hip onto busy i95, that's when bike police were forced to intervene. that's when

"eyewitness news" reporter jan carabeo is over at police headquarters, she has more for you. jan? >> reporter: ukee, erika, late last night, suspected kidnapper, delvin barnes, moved to virginia where he is facing number of charges therefore a previous case involving a 16 year old girl. he is accused of kidnapping her, raping her, and he's also accused of attempted murder. if you take a look at the video, this is our first look at the suspect since his arrest on wednesday. you see him arriving here in virginia in custody. now, 37 year old delvin barnes was spotted when carlesha gate nervous up maryland three days after she was kidnapped after germantown street. police now say carlesha fought even harder to get away than we even originally thought. investigators say once thrown into the car she found a hammer inside, smashed out the window, attack her abductor, now resting at home with her family. meanwhile the investigation continues into her case, and whether barnes could be connect today any other cases, of course again he is facing those charges in virginia. police say in octob

jan carabeo joins us now outside cooper hospital in camden where the mother and one son are now being treated. jan, good morning. >> erika, ukee, good morning, that's right, four people in all, shot, two of those people, two children, killed, and as you mentioned, the mother and the brother here at cooper university hospital this morning, in critical condition. this as the police investigation continues as investigators try to figure out how this happened and why. if you take a lock at the video, you can see "eyewitness news" exclusive video of investigators collecting evidence last night at the home on holly park drive where this deadly shooting unfolded. police were first called to the home by family member, around 9:00 a.m. on thursday, inside they found a boy and girl dead. they also found 44 year old janine la page shot in the head and boy seriously injured, again, both of them were taken to cooper in critical condition. now, police say, they were all shot with the same gun, which was found at the scene. all four were victims, and they were found in the same room. police believe
