look for her report tonight on wavy news 10 at 6pm. officials released the names of the 12 marines still missing after two helicopters crashed off the coast of hawaii. the marines are from texas, pennsylvania, missouri, alabama, minnesota, south carolina, florida, massachusetts, and oregon. they're all between the ages of 21 and 41. to read more about them, just go to wavy-dot-com. the coast guard has been searching for the marines around the clock since friday's crash. to stay optimistic. for the first time we're hearing from one of them. :10 - :16 "any job that he wanted to do, anything he wanted to do, he could've done. but he wanted to be a marine." that was the family of jeremy sempler. he's from south carolina. he was in one of the two helicopters that collided during a night-time raid. sempler's family says they spoke to him about his unit and how they are highly trained for those situations. and how they don't just drop out of the air. they're trained. the pilots are trained to land them, even if they lose power." nn04s the sea

wavy news 10 at 6 is next. have a good weekend! he's one of the most recognizable names and faces of city government in hampton roads. tonight-- anthony burfoot is a suspect in an f-b-i investigation. norfolk's city treasurer faces a list of serious federal charges-- dating back a decade-- and involving a lot of money. it's a busy friday night. but our big story at 6-- a bombshell dropped on norfolk city hall. instead of going to work-- norfolk city treasurer anthony burfoot went to federal court-- all thanks to this 30 page indictment. the crimes inside it-- all surrounding a corruption probe dating back to events in 2005. it alleges that burfoot solicited money and items in exchange for the use of his power in city and as treasurer. ulrimately-- it could mean decades in prison for a familar face to the people of norfolk. we have two reports on this major story for the city of norfolk. 10 on your side's andy fox sorts out the facts behind the indictment. first-- jason marks at federal court with more on what happened there today.
