he is of maryland. right now he is facing three charges, first and second-degree murder as well as first degree assault. now as this information comes out, we are still awaiting the name of the victim. it's being withheld so that family members can be notified. but he was the student at buoy state university. the suspect was a student here at the university of maryland and it a area you see behind me near this bus stop. it was about 3:00 a.m. on saturday morning when the victim, along with two friends were here waiting for an uber and the suspect, sean christopher abanski encounter them. they're not sure what about. but at the end, he allegedly stabbed the victim. now the police were called here. they tried to perform cpr on the victim, taken to a hospital and he died a short time later. and authorities now are expected to bring these charges against the suspect. and apefuyt some point today, we will learn the name of the victim as well. but during the commencement today, there'll be a moment of silence
