i'm laura garcia. >> i'm marcus washington. right now we want to get a check of your morning forecast before you head out the door. a lot of people are starting out with fog out there. >> we have patches of fog that have developed in some of our valleys around the bay area. especially in the north bay where napa, visibility has dropped down to a quarter of a mile. in the tri-valley, quarter of a mile visibility. san martin, down to zero. you do have to take it easy out there, slow down, use low beams and allow extra time to get to work. if you're headed out to the pleasantville b.a.r.t. station, we're in the low 50s. jacket weather to start out the day. it's going to heat up fast. we're looking at mid-70s by 1:00 today. we'll talk about our warm-up in time for the weekend. that's in seven minutes. you're saying something odd for fremont? >> you're talking about fog, not rain. we have a little flooding reported in fremont. 880 at dakota but it may be a busted water line. we'll check on that. no interruptions for the flow there.

marcus washington has the day off. let's check the high winds and kari, good morning. >> good morning. the red flag morning continues through about noon today, due to the low humidity and the high winds across parts of the inland east bay as well as the north bay. all of the areas shaded in red under the red flag warning, meaning that any small sparks could spread rapidly. if you see any suspicious activity, make sure you report that immediately and the no burning today, also no mowing. any high-profile vehicles will be impacted. make sure you have a tight grip on the steering wheel and there will be the potential of downed trees as the winds gust up to 50 to 60 miles per hour throughout the next several hours. it's also going to be a very warm day as the winds start to council down, our high temperatures for the inland areas will be heading up to the mid 80s. we're looking at a high of 83 degrees in san jose, and 85 in antioch. san francisco reaching 78 degrees. >>> now mike, the monday commute, is it happening yet? >
