some places in the north bay almost approaching 10:00 at 70 degrees. ok at santa rosa and napa at 70. coolest temperature right now, half moon bay at 51 degrees. we head towards tomorrow morning. if you have the on going breezes at night, you could be starting the day tomorrow, especially in the hills of the north bay, in this has a tie in to obviously the dry winds keeping our temperatures mild. a big reversal of the humidity pattern compared to what we saw today. if you recall, we had fog to start off this morning ah mi area. by mid afternoon you see the numbers start to drop off inland. what very unusual is the even drier conditions now around santa rosa and napa here at 9:30 at night. it has everything to do with the dry gusty sometimes referred tos athe diablo winds. off shore winds where the air compresses and dries and goes to the higher hill tops and that sea level and you notice as we approach midnight, 3:00 a.m. to about 6:00 a.m. this appears to be the main wind event. notice how concord and likely around mst diablo, you see the winds spiking
